Wiring a Tarus fan on my 94 pu

Ok I bought a tarus electric fan from the junkyard, and it fits great and Im just running it on a toggle right now keeps it real cool, but I aventuley want it to be worrie free, its a two speed fan and I would like for it to automatically use both speeds depending on the temp of the water or the speed of the vehicle which ever is easier to do, and Id also like to switch it off for watering crossings how would I go about doing this? thanks.
