I've got an 86 4Runner and the intermittent wiper setting is a little too intermittent. It goes up, stops. Comes down, stops. It won't go up and back down then stop like it's supposed to. It's not very effective and quite annoying. Anyone had any similar issues or know what to do to fix it?
