Hi, folks. I have a 94 2WD standard cab and it does not have intermittent wipers. Besides the switch / lever assembly from the steering column from a yard truck, are there any other parts I need? Any advice?

The motor may have different pulse modules in them. Call an auto parts store and ask for the wiper motor, see if they ask you for intermentant wipers or not. That will tell you whether or not the pulse module is built into the wiper motors. It may have a different connectors also.

 

Stopped at the local Auto Zone and was told that one motor fits all (oddly enough they had one on hand).

I just did this mod about 2 weeks ago, but it doesnt work yet. I got a switch with intermittent wipers and installed. Seems there is some kind of relay or control box needed to get the wipers to delay. Toyota cant seem to find this controller, so I am going to take a trip to the boneyard hopefully next week and try to find one with intermittents. Ill let you know how it turns out..

 

The combination switch assembly has the wiper relay built right into it.
The only parts are the motor and the combination switch, and the harness.
Did you get the whole switch thingie or just the lever itself?
