Just changed my master and slave on clutch system. I bled the air out but still must have a tiny bit in the line. Test drive went well but gotta pump clutch2times in beginning. what do you think.

 

Sorry it won't, you have to bleed every bubble out, otherwise you 'll have the same problems as your having now.

 

Yeah, air NEVER works it's way out of hydraulics unless it's power steering.

It's worth it to re-bleed until you have a good feeling clutch.

I've had excellent results with the 'gravity bleed' method with the clutch. the line is short and all downhill, just keep filling the resevoir (never let it get low enough to let air in) and leave the bleeder open. i did this for a while (an hour or so) while doing other things, closed the bleeder and it was perfect, nice and firm!

gravity the way to go.... It worked great no pumping. My clutch is now 100%

 

My buddy and I have been bleeding the hydraulic system all day to no avail... went and got new slave..same.. finally get good clutch pedal and same.. dropped transmission again and check throwout and new clutch all aligned slave working but still bubbles.. what should i do change the master cyclinder and adjust pushrod and freeplay i the pedal? any help i been searching posts all day as well and tried everything but still bubbles and clutch almost but not fully engaging? checked the bracket and it seemed fine as well...
confused at this point
