It is fixed. it took about 6 hour of chasing wires and didnt find anything grounded out. I couldnt understnad why it wasnt blowing any fuses so I started checking grounds. I found a bad ground wire from the battery to body of the truck. Once I fixed that everything returned to normal. It must have been back feeding to make the truck body to make test light up thanks for the help

It would be a good idea to run a ground wire from the battery to the engine block, just having a ground from the battery to the body isn`t enough, and adding the second ground wire helps a lot.

you are right --- I didnt know that it didnt have ground from the battery to the block. I am learning something new about this truck on a daily basis. I bought the truck for 600 dollars with the trans locked up in 4th gear. However the truck's motor had been over hauled and had a new radiator and the truck ran great and the ac was cold so I thought it was worth the 600. I have since bought a transmisson from Marlin Crawler and installed it. The body was a little rough so I fixed all the dents and repainted it and it turned out nice. So the truck is now in good shape --- I just have a few bugs to workout
