Will a '94 throttle body fit and work with a 90 4runner?

most likely yes. i'm pretty sure you can just cap off any unnecessary vacuum hoses or whatnot. the only problem i would see is it not having necessary hookups that your 90 has. or the tps may act different.

need to watch the trottle linkage on the butter fly. auto and man trans are set up diffrent as well as the idle up pots and TPS.
but yes they will both physically bolt up to the same upper pleumn.
