Will a '94 body fit on a '88 frame?

Will a '94 body fit on a '88 frame?
I have a chance to get a '88 straight axel frame with axels and suspenison that already has a lift for $500 the guy said the frame has been refurbished and the suspenison is fairly new.

I don't think you will have any problems --- they are definately diffirent frames--- but there is less than 1/2 diffirence in the wheel base -- and I would bet that the body nounts will probably even line up
