Yes I have done the swap before. Did it on my 1980 which gave me 1" lift because I built an extremely heavy bed in the back. I'm about to do it on my 89 4runner this weekend. I estimate with the hardtop, this setup will net my about 2.5" of lift. I'll have pics for this guy considering I am going to be cranking my bars up 1.5".

If you open the actual spread sheet, you can play around with the top three numbers and the rest of the page updates. It doesn't tell you exactly how much lift you get, but it'll tell you relatively how much more lift you'd get w/ a longer shackle or if you moved your shackle mount. Also give you an idea just how much your shackle angle changes just by moving your mounts closer or using a longer shackle.
Once again, the numbers aren't absolute and don't mean anything on their own, only when compared to themselves, which is why there's three columns...

my 63's kept mine level with BJ spacers up front
I used '95 Suburban 2500 springs, only using the first 3 leaves, no overload. Also used the Sky Manufacturing kit, mounted the front hangers 11" forward of stock, and rear hangers 4" back.....only problem is the shackle angle....there is none lol, i'll fix that later
