After the test drive, the 10% to finishs ,no gauges, no front drive line, beat up interier, motor problems, possible tune up, crapy shifter,no high stear, none of the instrement panel works, I dont like the big tires, when driving it is all over the road, talked him down to $3500

it does not have a solid axel, clean truck, all origonal, auto going bad,3.0 OK for the miles,He will let it go for $2000.

do i get the red one and make it how i like it by removing parts i dont like and try to clean up some one elses mess, or go with the blue one and go the other direction, axel swap, lockers, lift, ect.

Depends on what you are looking for in a rig.

#1 is going to be spendy to own, but very fun. However, it will also incur a lot of initial costs to fix it.

#2 Can be turned into #1 for much less money, and the auto is easy enough to swap for a manual if need be. But if you are looking just for a DD, light offroad rig, #2 will be the best bet.

Hmmm,

#2 Started and actually drove for more than 30 seconds per jump...you know I'm all for original jap stuff. Out of the choices #2 wins because it's a "solid" platform ( as solid as a 3.0/Auto/IFS gets).

I say keep looking!
