Matt had the best response, its the bar running back, circled :

So, follow this bar back and right under the cab on the INSIDE of the frame there will be a 22mm(?) Nut that you tighten to raise, loosen to lower.

Be sure to go the right way, then get an alignment done.

Thanks for circling that, I don't have a drawing program on my computer.

Here's how you do a driveway alignment:

questions are the lifeblood of knowledge.
A person may not know where the t-bars are but in his day job might work on nuclear-reactors . Never deny someone info when they are honest and straightforward just so you can look like a master-know-it-all-come-lately.
This place is perfect for info and in all honesty 99percent of the people on here are capable of learning any job ., We know this to be true cuz Toyota owners are automatically placed in the top 5 percent of intelligent humans just by the virtue of choosing Toyota! hehe
For example, I was recently into my motor and I was gonna lap some leeky intake valves,
my bro-in-law[who is a graduated mechanical engineer who works for the shipyard here on carriers]didn't know a few details about the job and i did.... does that mean I shoulda instantly thought he shouldn't try to learn? I dont think so...point made

GOOD post. I'm way too often short, or a total dick when dealing with what I judge to be simple questions, but there is so much truth to what you are saying. Hell, I'll bet the same % of Yotatechers couldn't figure out women's clothing sizes as the number of soccer moms who don't know how to change air air filter.

We all had to learn somewhere from people (through spoken or writen means) who was gracious enough to answer our questions, just happens this is best place to learn.

Ok, you all make a good point.

I will come right out and apologize for making an @$$ of my self

I wasn't trying to be a "know-it-all" or anything, I just wanted to make him aware that you can't just turn that bolt (once found) and be done; it effects other things as well

looking back, my posts didn't even come close to helping answer the OP's question at all...

And i quote: (this is "91Toyota") Some jackass stole my lug wrench so I had to tighten them by hand." Then the wheel fell off while driving.

I called him stupid for endangering other drivers, and he was quite upset about that, hence his little drawing.
