Just for the record, There is a lot more slope on the back of an extra cab truck 84-88 than the single cab. Otherwise the same size bed. If I wanted to buy one I would just visit a local dealer and they should be able to order whatever you need.

Cheers!

Kris

SnugTop or Brama (as in the bull) are the two companies that I know that would have them. You might also want to try Gem Top. And if you are not set on a hard shell, Besttop makes a collapsable canvas top that req. no drilling and light weight(frame made of alum.), not sure of the diff. colors of canvas though.

I tried to find you something with google and stubbled upon a craigslist listing in Las Vegas. I would post the link but not sure if I am supposed to or not. It might be what you're looking for.

not tryin to prove anything scooby-doobie-doo...
i just hate when people post links to pictures that have an expiration date...
once that posting goes away, people who stumble upon this thread in the future need to be able to see the pics...

and the other reason that i posted all of the pics of the shell is so that others may be able to identify it from other angles and whatnot...

Im not sure of the location of the OP, But if you have found something that suits, posting a CL link or anyother for that matter ( so long as its PG rated), would be considered helpful.

I can't seem to find the listing again it is not in the same place it was yesterday. I did find a shell but it is for a '95 and newer Tacoma with a 6' bed, would that fit. Here's the link, http://sandiego.craigslist.org/esd/pts/991556972.html

I you wanted something without windows, I would go this route. Have you ever tried to get to something that was in the middle of the bed without crawling in? Sucks. If you read the specs on the pics it says doors are optional, solid sides are standard. LEer is your company brother.
