Wheel interchange

Will the 16" wheels on a late model Tacoma fit my 94 pickup? Both have 6 lugs.

Yes.

If you want to confirm check tirerack.com and select aftermarket wheels for your truck and the other one in question. It will tell you the bolt pattern for each.
