Find a Hard copy of the Factory Service Manual for your Truck

Just what year are you working on Someone should have the information you want

The coil for the Cold Start injector can be open causing the Meter to show infinite resistance different meters display it in different ways

Pretty much the same depending on the year

Funny I had to go find my Copy of the Haynes Manual the same one you show The information you seek is in mine maybe they thought it was no longer of any use .

Now different editions of the same manual can be laid out different

It should be located in the Fuel and Exhaust Section

gives you thge info to test

Now my Copy is at least 15 years old if not older

Man someone liberate my hard copy on one of our last moves. Using digital copy sucks, can't make notes in margin. Think one of these days I'll print one out and piece it together for my rig. Front axle, late model intake, disc conversion kit, alt swap, 160 cam... Be nice to have it all in one place and to make notes.

Maybe because I learned on Paper Manuals I just can`t relate to digital manuals

Maybe if I learned how to use 3 monitors at once which seems to be the trend these days

Wyoming9,
It is 72 deg outside, an I decided to run some tests.
The cold start injector is reading 3.4 0hms.
The cold start injector switch Between STA-STJ is 80.6
Between STA- ground is reading 81.6 does these specs sounds correct. Thanks

I would have to double Check the Cold Start Injector reading .

But the time switch looks within specs
