WHat side of radiator trans fluid come out ?

Hey guys !

...I did search.

Can somebody tell me what side of the radiator trans fluid come OUT of ? Driver or pass side ?

Thanks alot !

I'm doing a cooler add on, so I need to place it after a radiator !

Will post some pics !

I don't remember, but one quick way to tell is to follow the lines to the tranny and the line that comes out closest to the front is the output (hot) line. You could also have someone start the engine for a second and see the direction of flow that way (have lines in bucket to catch spillage).

Not sure which tranny you have but here's an example:



Another option is to completely bypass the radiator cooler but you need to monitor the ATF temps to make sure you have a good system installed.
