These Standard Tool kits show up on theTools/Engine/Fuel tab of the EPC.

Well..... I mean .. In the cubby where the jack goes and the rod I was speaking of is supposed to be mounted... there are two plastic clips that hold that rod in place...they are mounted/click into the chassis.
