What are my options?

I have discovered that what I thought was goin to be a simple fix by replacing the head gasket has turned into much more. I took the head off this weekend and discovered just hoe bad it was. The pistons where rusted to the cylinder walls and PB blast wont even break through. I am just not sure which road to take from here. I am open for suggestions and ideas. Anything from a rebuild to a 350. Just not sure what all the pros and cons are.

I been looking at the early supra swap the 5m-ge. It looks to be economical cause most everything bolts right in with no adapters
