ew, yeah that looks like some narly antifreeze (or maybe lack-there-of ANY antifreeze because of the rusty water)
DEFINATELY check you coolant
looks like a major flush is in your future
and something's leaking, looks to be the radiator; dripping straight down, and also running down the inside of the skid plate judging by the fact that it looks like it's dripping in two spots

I'd get one of those flush-n-fill systems that you hook up to a garden hose and your cabin heater water line that are like $10. Check your oil and make sure there isnt any water in there, that could be the sign of a blown head gasket or worse. Swap out the hoses and thermostat while you're at it, then fill the system with water, run your engine, drain the water and see how it is. If it seems alright, then refill it with coolant and hope it was just a foul arse bunch of fluid. Is your temp gauge working? Maybe shell out for a radiator cap with a built in pressure gauge. I'd be concerned with where that color came from, its obviously metal. That means you either have some corrosion in your water pump, in your block, in your heater core, or radiator. Best case scenario is its your water pump or your radiator as they're less of a pain to fix than the rest. I'd be concerned with losing water pressure or of some other underlying problem, so inspect all that you can while you can. Find that leak! If the part is failing, its also likely the source of your troubles. If your truck didnt move before you took that picture, I'd check the rad first.

the only reason that i WOULD NOT get one of those flush systems is because think of how much of that crap is prolly built up in the heater core... if you try to flush that out (and just the pressure of the water from the garden hose sometimes) you might blow the whole heater core... i would drain it, fill it... run it for a week, then drain and refill it again... repeat process until you get clear water... plus, replace the hoses as mentioned, and it might be a good idea to start hunting for a new radiator as well... i would just as a safeguard...

Looks like you're girl's getting a bit crusty around the hedges. Unfortunately, the only way to fix the problem is to replace the jose's. If you've got an automatic tranny, you might have to replace the transvestite cooler.

I was looking around the internet researching and i found this website. The coolant that comes out theres is about the same color and they say it's from mixing toyota red and another coolant, so maybe its not actually rusty.
