what do you think?

i just recently totaled my 94 4runner SR5, wasn't my fault thanks god, but i was looking around and wanted to know what y'all thought about this 95....the worst part about it that i can figure is that my member name, 94Runner4x4, would be inaccurate. Let me know what you think.

i had a v-6 in my last one with 179,000 about to hit 180,000, it was great up until it was totaled, and i don't know if i could deal with something slower than a v-6, but ill give them a look, thanks

It looks like a good rig to me. It's clean anyways. And the previous owner knew enough to put BFG tires on it. I have 195k miles on my 93 v6 4Runner and it runs well. Not a power house, but definitely more power than my previous 22r. And it's pretty much been maintenance free.

For that price you could find a 3rd gen, unless you just prefer the older model.

x2 You could find a 3rd gen for that price or just a little more. If you WANT a 2nd gen, just wait and get a better deal. I would suggest getting a 3rd gen with the 3.4 though.

It definitely seems a little on the pricey side, especially when you can find a 3rd gen for a similar price with a much better engine... 0.02

Oh, and your "name" on Yotatech is not a very good reason to decide whether you do or don't want a certain vehicle... in extraneous circumstances the mods can change your name for you I think.

The price should be about 4K, maybe 5K if you "trust" the guarantee, you can determine which head gasket was put in the original build (somewhere in '95 they switched to a good HG). And if the headgasket has been replaced, etc., for any reason.

You should be able to get a '96, '97 for that price which is clearly an improved V6... reliability, mileage and power. Realize you need a car, so time is working a bit against you unless you have a 2nd vehicle. If so, wait until the deal comes to you.
