weird idling

weird idling
so my 1989 yota with the 22re started this weird idling. it revs up then down then up then down like its running out of gas but it doesnt die. it only does it when the engine is semi warm. when the engine is cold it doesnt and when its hot it doesnt. just does it a few min after i start driving it. i thought it might be a vacuum leak but all the hoses seemed to be ok. can anyone help with this?
