water leaking on drivers feet...HELP

My dughters 1995 4runner leaks water on the dirvers feet when driving and it is raining. Where is this water coming from? Does this only when it rains and you are driving.
Seems like it is coming from up high under the steering console. Drips and then sometimes even pours. Please help if you have any idea where the water is coming from and how to fix. THANKS

Seems like it could be the evaporator box for the A/C system. Does this happen when the A/C is on? Leave it parked over night and then drive it the next day with out the AC on and see if it leaks. What your describing is the same thing that happened to me.
