If you crank the T-Bars the ride will stiffen.

but they may be settled a bit so after the zuk you may need to crank them a bit to level it or get bj spacers and loosen the torsions.

I'm gonna go with the zuk mod and get all new shocks but what kind of shocks should I get and I have no idea what the T-bars look like

The torsion bar is just that...a long bar that mounts behind the front seats and connects to the upper control arm.
