that would be easy...just get the measurements of a the pipe you need to bend...bend it...then weld both sides on...

exactly what i was thinking. you think adding some black diamond plate under the bottom bar, and then all the way down would be cool? kinda like a skid plate,

that is exactly what i want! i was thinking more like this though...

can this all be done without a hydraulic bender? and should it be welded on or bolt on? i like the idea of bolt on so they are removeable.

My dad did it to his, I'll get pics for you later when he gets home from work. Basically he took some steel and bent it with the bender at work (not sure what type they use I'll ask him) and welded it onto the sides. It looks pretty cool.

The Toyota factory brush guards just bolted to what you are calling a push bar (although I wouldn't do any pushing with it if i were you). You may find one a salvage yard. I welded my original brushguard onto a TJM bumper:http://community.webshots.com/photo/...42310107rVHJHT If you look close you can see the orginal bolts that held the bars onto the "push bar".

ill need the diameter of the pipe you are using-the dimensions of the existing peice(height with thickness of steel, location of the pipes-you know, the works-) Ill also need the dimension of where u want the straiter part of it to come to. then tell me how many inches i can come back from the begging of the steel pipe for the end wrap.
ill also need to know what with the peices like this{__ __} need to be( up and down with) i know its confusing but to do it acuratly this is what ill need.
