Vibration at 1500rpm

In my 93 V6 4runner i am recently noticing an odd driveline vibration and noise as the tacho passes through the 1500rpm range. It happens in any gear at these revs. I am thinking it is something clutch or gearbox related? Would a shagged pilot bearing have symptoms like this? Faster or slower than 1500rpm and everything seems fine.

He said it happens at same rpm in any gear, so it wouldn't be the shaft/ujoints.

My vote is harmonic balancer or throwout bearing/clutch is going out.

Have you check your belts/accessory/idler pulleys? May be a bearing goijng bad...
