I just talked to Scotty at addicted offroad and he told me I'm better off to make my own gussets he said vertical welds on the frame will cause it to crack he said just to cut out triangles

Diamonds with the bottom edge cut out are better. Just round the edges so nothing pointed is mounted to the frame.

Ok perfet thanks Scotty I made triangles but I'll round the edges when I finish on Saturday got one side setup last night and pulled off to weld up and paint

Well went wheeling last weekend and toasted my clutch and still haven't finished the rock sliders so have some work to go but will be slow going for a bit all money is going to moving into a bigger place bur I'll keep you all updated.

Yea In The bottom pick my Tires were rubbing those trees to get through it was as tight as a virgin on prom night. And I'm sure you'll have the money just start planning now and saving so far I'm only like 3500 dollars out and that's I cluding the price of the truck

Did you use the 4" kit? Do you think you could have used the 3" and been fine with the 37/14's?

Yes I used the 4 inch kit but I still have some firewall rubbing issues at full stuff that I'm trying to work out but I've heard of slot of people doing the 3 inch kit with a 2 inch body lift and then an engine tranny lift so I'm not sure just how you set it up I guess I'm gunna try a little longer shackle on my front and see if that foxes my rubbing I'll let ya know how it goes

The rock was larrys property the trees were mill creek we were running out of time and I killed my clutch so the exploring got shortene but we need to go soon and see what we can Find before all the national forrest gets shut down when they open the two new ohv parks

Do you still have the Rancho kit? I know a guy who is looking to make a "long travel" Rancho Gen II and needs the pivot brackets and centerlink.
