Vacuum line leak??

Today I went a little off roading; nothing big; just a dirt road through beautiful scenic mountains. Long story short, I get my front right tire stuck in a huge hole trying to turn around; after trying for a while trying to get it out a man came by and helped. Anyways, after doing this, I went to crank up the yota and it was barely idleing; running very rough; give it a little gas, and it clears up. It's done it about 4 times since after cranking up; any ideas? I just changed all the spark plugs, distributor, rotor button, fuel line, plug wires, and Pcv; I can't find any vacuum leaks....

Use a UNLIT propane/MAPP gas torch & run all around the vacuum hoses. Which engine/vehicle do you have? We need details!

sorry about that, its a 89 4runner with the 22r-e engine; 230,000 miles. It started after a put a decent amount of stress on the engine trying to pull it out.
