Vacuum hose part name or part #
1995 T100 3.4L Auto 2WD. I have 3 questions. #1 What is the name or part # of the vacuum hose component highlighted in the picture. And what does it go to? #2 Where does the metal vacuum line coming off the fuel pressure regulator that runs across the top of the lower intake plenum go to? Does it plug into the previously highlighted piece via a rubber hose or somewhere else entirely? #3 What is the filter/valve circled in the 2nd picture that connects 2 rubber hoses called/part #? It sits right below the throttle cable on Driver's side.
Im replacing a motor in a truck that had been recklessly torn apart by previous owner and am missing these 2 pieces. Its been a real headache just to get to this point.

That diagram was absolutely perfect! Thank you so much! Just out of curiosity, the part # 17650J VALVE, SOLENOID W/ADJUST SCREW, any idea if I need this? I saw on the four runner pics that the fuel pressure regulator hose goes straight to the box on the side of the air intake, and the second tee off the front of the intake is plugged off. Im wondering if I can get away with this as well...I cant start the motor yet as Im missing a wire somewhere.

It seems to me you should have it.

Im away running errands, I will check as soon as I can if the truck as the bracket, I dont think it does. The truck is 2WD, and that hose for check valve on my truck is coming off the charcoal cannister sitting on driverside fender, maybe the hose goes somewhere else that I havent discovered yet. Thank you for all your help so far!

On mine, it connects into a T that then goes into the rear of the driver side upper manifold.
Are you doing a engine swap or just re-assemblying the POs mess?

Is yours a 4WD? Im doing an engine swap, but on the original engine the previous owner started "unhooking everything to make it easier" yeah right! I have the new motor in the truck and just trying to fix the cluster. Im also not getting any power at the moment, but I think I have a ground unhooked somewhere. I only paid $1500 for the truck and other than current snag the truck is in great condition for year. 165K miles.

That little blue and white contraption is a check valve. Only allows air to flow one way. You'll want to keep it.
If you think it's bad, take it out (make sure you remember which direction to put it in) and blow through both ends. You'll notice one way goes through, the other does not.

Well I dont have the check valve since mine is 2WD, come to find out my fuel return line was all screwed up but I think I sorted it out. Finally found my electrical problem, underhood fuse box main power line had been cut. So now motor is turning over but still wont start.
On the fuel pressure regulator, according to the diagram the vacuum hose goes to sensor/valve # 25860A, then the hose that comes off the bottom, where does it go? Is there a port right there on the intake that I'm not seeing?
On the picture I just attatched, the port with red arrow, what goes to it? It runs across the lower plenum, I thought the backside of the line went to the fuel pressure regulator, but thats incorrect according to the diagram. Unless the bottom port coming off #25860A goes to the backside...???

I dont have a bracket, but I do have an extra electrical connection just hanging out where the bracket should be...was this just an assembly line thing or should I assume I'm missing the bracket as well.

The port at the red arrow connects to the port in the lower left corner of your pic on the black box there on the intake. See the 4th pic here. The second to last pic may help with the two ports over there on the right.

Yes, this vac line connects to a port on the back driver side of the upper manifold. It can be a tough port to see if you don't look in directly between the manifold and firewall from the driver side fender.
Can you post up a pic or two of the stray electrical connection?

Yea ill get a pic and post of the electrical connector. The port on the black box does go to the red arrow in the 4-runner pics, but according to those diagrams you found on that toyota website they go to the #17650 bracket and valve combo on a T100. Which leaves the red arrow port unclaimed.
The vac line on back driver side of upper manifold, is it the rear of the red arrow line? Or a different one altogether?

Where are you located? We have seen some of the Canadian rigs, etc. have slightly different set-ups.
Does your rig have air conditioning?

Use that parts website and put your vehicle VIN number and see if it turns up a different diagram.
