Turbo help

Hey everyone doing a rebuild on my truck and I'm contemplating the idea of changing everything to low compression and putting a turbo on that has been sitting on my bench for about a year now, the turbo is out of a John Deere 325 skid loader and the rpm range it produced maximum power at on the loader was 2800 RPMs. Trying to figure out the best turbo match for this truck and not having to worry about fueling issues. Anyone with some knowledgeable experience that can shed some insight on turboing a 22RE?
