tune up write ups?

tune up write ups?
ok well like everyone knows 22re's have almost no power and i've seen people talking about advancing timing, adjusting the valves and such. so my question is, are there are threads or instructions on doing simple things like that to get the most power out of my 22re? ps, im new to these motors so take it easy on me

Best thing to do for a tuneup.. heres my list
-New plugs
-Wires/rotor/cap
-Fresh oil/oil filter
-Antifreeze drain
-Seafoam
-Air filter
other things like adjusting valves and whatnot, you can use the fsm or hayes manual.
