Truck wouldn't move...Help

My truck had been sitting for over two weeks when i was gone on vacation. When i got home i had left the light on in the cab so the battery was dead. After I jumped it off I took off the parking brake and tried to back it up out of the driveway. I did not move. It felt like the front brakes were "stuck" or something. I tried hard enough to bark the rear tires and it still didnt want to go anywhere. Then I remembered that I do have 4 wheel drive so i locked the hubs and then it moved fine.

So the i went to drive it around the block to charge up the battery and noticed a sound coming from the front. Like a scraping noise in certain spots, like every wheel rotation.

Does anyone have any idea what might have caused this. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks, Hunter

Pull the front tires off and take a look at the rotors. They might have built up some surface rust during the time it sat although that will depend on how wet it was.

I was hoping that is all that it was but I was not sure if something more serious had happened. They did have surface rust on them so i am hoping that the noise goes away.

Yeah i'm guessing it was just a little surface rust. It should go away after a few times using the brakes.
