truck wont start

Hello all, have a problem and need some help. 94' toyota pickup 2wd 22re manual tranny.

Truck wont start, no cranking. Bypassed the neutral saftey switch and it still wont start, new starter relay and still nothing. When you jump the starter relay it starts up with the ignition switch on. With ignition off and jumping 12v to the relay it would crank fine but wont start

Any suggestions??

Its possible that the ignition switch has gone bad. When i got my 4Runner the ignition switch was bad and the previous owner had rigged up a start switch off of the starter, i removed all of that junk and replaced the ignition switch and everything work fine.

How could I test to see if this was bad? Local cheap autoparts store (cheapeast in town) wants 67 bucks for this.

Also, what is the year range for the electrical ignition switch? I have an 87 here but curious if its the same.

Is the ECU getting power? Part of the igniton circuit is not working.
Could be a bad ground. Could be as simple as a fuseable link or blown fuse.
