I am running downey HD coils in back and the downey26mm bars in front. I have the wheel to fender lip measurement on the front @ 14.5". I dont have any rubbing issues at all. As far utting the front valance, all I did was measure 1.25" front the top of the valance on the edges and toward the middle where it starts to curve I just took a few measurements to even it on both sides then eyeballed the curce with a sharpie. I then used tape to outline the cut. I used a pneumatic cut-off wheel, but a jigsaw with a metal cutting blade would probably work better.

Yeah that sounds good, we should do that. The only places i've been off-road are on Ft. Lewis and and up near Rainer. Nothing really tough, got some new scatches though.

OMG - That's gorgeous. You have my exact rim/tire combo. I'm totally jealous. Your runner looks great with your new tires. I can't wait to have mine. Only a couple more weeks away and then it's off to new trails and adventures.

Nice trim and MTs. Did you have to regear to run a 33" tire? If not, are you having any problems?

I didnt regear but it is high on my list of mods. On the street it is fine, power loss loss is most noticable in first but 2nd gear up it's ok. When wheeling it is much more noticeable (of course) 4wd high is pretty much useles other than terrain that is mostly flat or a slight grade. I just use 4lo and use a higher gear for climbing flat hills and just use 1st or 2nd gear 4low for tougher terrain. I would not recommed 33's for a truck with an auto tranny with stock gears. I would say that I should definately regear after the tire change, but The truck probably could have used a gear change with the stock 31's.
