Transmission not shifting, electricial probs?
92 p/u 22re, automatic, ext cab, 193,000 miles
Shifts fine through the first gears, When tryin to go into the last gear, it take along time. (Engine rpms are really high). But, after about 2 mins, I hear a clicking noise by my left foot, then it shifts. Sounds like its coming from the fuse panel. Any help??

The transmission only has 4 gears. I can't think of anything related to the transmission near the fuse panel that would make a clicking noise. What I would do first, is a manual shifting test. This will allow you to disconnect electronic control and see if you can get into 4th gear (which is also called O/D) using the manual shifter.
Use the search function and type in "manual shift test". You should find plenty of info on how to do it.

What were the results of the manual shift test? This test will determine whether the problem is electrical or mechanical. We will therefore be in a better position to give you suggestions.
