Transmission Noise

I have a 94 Toyota Pickup 4wd 3VZE V6 5 speed. Here recently when I lug the truck making a turn or going up a hill slow in a little to high of gear. I am getting what sounds like a bearing noise coming from the trans area. At highway speeds or higher RPM in a lower gear the noise is non existent. Thinking possibly input shaft bearing, but was wanting some other opinions before I get the trans pulled from the truck. Any help would be much appreciated.

Thanks,

Hard to diagnose without hearing, but my first thought is always to check the fluid level. You can have someone push the clutch with the engine running while you listen under the hood (or under the truck if you really trust your assistant). If you hear noise with the clutch in it's probably the clutch release bearing. If you hear it with the clutch out it's likely in the transmission somewhere.
Also, old Toyotas sometimes develop rattles that are impossible to find because they only occur at a certain rpm under a certain load and cannot be replicated in a shop. This is true for my 93. There are 2 rattles that I've never been able to diagnose in 14 years, but they never affected drivability so I just decided to live with them.
