Transmission Filter change - questions

When I went to buy a filter kit for my tranny (1990 4runner, 4x4, 3vze 3.0l v6, auto tranny) they only had a 2wd tranny filter. Is there any difference?

I just looked at the kragen web site. The 2wd filters are different than the 4wd filters. It won't work.

you might want to check to make sure your truck even requires a filter, it may have a screen that just needs to be cleaned. my 93 only has a screen, when i had the trans flushed last summer, the shop cleaned the pan and the filter.
