TPS question

I've read about adjusting the TPS sensor, and tried adjusting it. but I think its still going bad, it has to be adjusted ALL the way down even to get .01k ohms on IDL to E2, is this normal?

The idle circuit is just a switch. It should be closed when the throttle is at idle position (low resistance) then as you open the throttle there will be a jump up to a very high or infinity reading when the throttle just starts to open. this tells the computer that it is not in idle condition anymore. The resistance at idle will very a lot but should be under 1k I think. .01k is 10 ohms is a very good connection. The critical thing is that it switches.
