Will a TPS log a code?

I have no codes stored.

But I do have a stutter under light throttle. (50mph in 5th gear)

I've also performed the "Driving Test"-E1 to TE2, made sure that it behaved the same, and again, have no codes stored.

Just wondering if the TPS will store a code on this system.

Yes, but typically on if there is a dead short or open in some of the TPS connections:

You can test the TPS and see if there are any out of spec readings or dead spots if you do a sweep test:
