Were you able to stuff 14" shocks under the bed? I'm planning on doing the same but it looks like I'll have to raise the bed floor a few inches...

i got the 3 pack with the over load but i took the over load out... depending on where you put your rear shackle mount and how long your shakles are, you can make the rear anywhere from stock to 5+ inches of lift

couple crappy cell phone pics at sunset. Latley thats the only time i have to get together with the guys and wheel. hopefully i can get some daytime shots soon... new 16 inch wheels with 285/75/16 bfg km2s I like them a lot better than my 33x10.50x15s they seem more beefy!!

Sweet build man! Thats one of the sickest 2nd gens I've seen on here! Planning on doing a similar build on my 1st gen runner, this was definitely some good feedback on the chaos kit!

Np man! Been meaning to ask, How do those 63's do in corners? Are they good and stable? I've got a set of em but wanted to know a lil more about em before I do the install. Also, what size tires are those??

springs handle pretty well in corners. Id say it has more to do with the valving in the shock though. the chevys arnt as progressive as deavers but for the price im super happy with the chevy springs. the tires are 33s. 285/75/16. some of the earlier pics were 33x10.50x15

Testing flex? O.o
Speaking of updates, finally got mine all finished, all except an alignment at least. I just finished mine 3 days before leaving to Texas for holiday vacation. So I have yet to really test it out. From what I can tell so far. The new total chaos suspension feels great! Can't wait to get it on the trails! I'll load more pics on my build thread once I get back to Cali

Hey lowlifeyota, I believe we live within the same area with almost completely the same rigs, I've got an 87 4Runner long travel 4x4 setup. I gotta know man where did you get that picture of your rig in that huge rut! Lamida...?

Long travel always seems so appealing, but I just cant do it to my 4Runner. :/ I'd rather build up a single cab truck, fiberglass the hell out of it, run shocks through the bed, and jump the hell out of it.

bad ass rig though, were in the same area as well. You should come wheeling with our little "group" sometime.
