Red face Too much tranny fluid

I've been driving for about a month with my tranny fluid a qt. high did I do damage????

is it leaking ? overfiled mine,i should of replaced the seal at the time of my motor rebuild when the engine was out. Now i have to drop the tranny and fix the seal i hope thats all it is.

then your probably ok drain to the right mark,which is between the hot grooves

Are you checking the level while it's running and warm?
