Tonneau cover install with crossover toolbox

I have a 92 pickup and would like to install a soft tonneau cover. I have a crossover tool box at the front of the bed. Does any one have a set up like this? How weather tight is it? Did you do the install yourself? What brand did you use?
Thanks

I considered it after I found one cheap on Graig's list but I was worried it would limit the opening of the tool box too much. The lid on my tool box opens up a full 90 degrees, the cover only opened up about 45-50 deg.

It comes down to picking one or the other.

Tool box or tonneau cover.

Call your local camper topper store and see if they have something that will work for you. I used to have a similar setup on my Datsun (POS). The cover clipped down to the backside rear of the toolbox onto an aluminum bar that they installed for me. It was sealed with watertight caulking, and only leaked during extreme conditions. They used a tonneau cover the correct width, and cut down the length to match what I needed with the toolbox installed.
