tinkering noise when turning off

when i shut off the engine i get this tinkering noise like metal on metal, but very light. Almost sounds like something vibrating against something, but i only get it when shutting off the engine... Also my timing chain looks good and I see no rub.

Just a guess at this point but check the heat shrouds that are attached to the exhaust pipe in places. Mine made a similer sound and one of the shroud clamps was missing. I just used a large hose clamp to resecure it. Get under there and bang the exhaust with your hand to jiggle it and see it you hear the noise.
