Talking timing chain replacement foul up

So i installed new cam, oil pump, water pump, head gasket, and adding electric fan. So get all the parts on and buttoned back up do a test start. All was fine until i walked around to check engine andit was spewing oil. Looks to be from between timing cover and engine case or form oil pan gasket. Cant tell yet had noone at the garage with me. So off to start again in the morning its like sex with no orgasm

no, I wouldn't do that. Take the time and do it right. Get the gasket and apply a thin layer of RTV Black on the block and then put the gasket on and button it up.

Did you check to see if it is your main front crank seal??

I used ultra copper on everything when I did my timing chain/head gasket, especially around the oil pan and no leaks.

found problem

I found the problem on the new timing chain cover there is a small cutout right beside the passage that carries oil from the pump and its to hold permatex. Just did the second time and is holding oil
