I did this: a 10mm (or 12mm? I forgot already) socket with an extension on one of the cover bolts behind the sprocket to hold it solid.

well i got some bigger nuts and bolts on, went from 5/16 to an m14

used the tool on the cam pulley just with a 2 foot torque wrench and maxed it at 250ft/lbs (i know its a no no, big deal...) and it the bolts were strong enough to bend the flat bar and with no success taking the cam pulley off not a budge.
i wish i could meet the person who last did this push him into traffic, im not spending anymore time or money on this cam pulley so it can stay the way it is ill chance it i need this done now.

ok so i got the CS pulley all tightened but before i did that i marked two black lines paralell with the no.3 timing cover and cam pulleys, after i tightened it i did my 2 revolutions and all pulleys lined up perfect, except the two lines, is this a problem? or was that the belts slack picking up, or does the belt always do this when spinning? i took a picture, i could only find one line also lol

Perfect! As long as after the two revolutions, both cam pulleys are lined up with the timing marks and the crankshaft is a TDC, you are good to go. The lines on the belt never match after turning.

The belt timing marks will be retardard a tooth for each revolution even though both crank and cam marks line up each go-around. Camshafts are underdriven 2:1 so although the belt timing marks don't line up anymore for each revolution, it's okay.

If you're on AC hasn't been connected, chances are good that the seals are shot & it won't hold R12/134.

well i got a battery in and started it up, ran like crap at first and idled at 2000 for bout 5-7 mins till i started putting the rest of the fluids in and fiddled with the throttle body and now everything checks out and its running perfectly, actually runs better than before haha and my a/c is ice cold so thats a plus, actually started working way before the heater. the test is when i drive to work at 2 and see if anything blows up or falls off haha but i took it for a quick drive and everything seems fine, hopefully it stays that way, thanks everybody for all your help couldnt have done it without ya, seriously!
