Time to blow the budget

Well I've had money set aside for a trip for a while now, with the divorce suddenly coming up (don't ask) I feel it's time to pamper me.

So this month the runner is getting the Killer Toy Top, Zuks in the rear, 4crawler BJ spacers/1" body lift/seat lifts, new shocks, low pro bump stops, Aussie for the front and maybe a dual t-case set up from Marlin......

Yup the runner is about to be my new girl friend. I know that she puts out 100% every time and is more interested in my happy ending than hers. *grin*

Any ideas on how to spend 2000$ on a 1500$ 4runner?

Tell her she's pretty.

You are just not set up for good luck the past 6 months or so are you?

Were it me I'd skip the top and go for sliders. Do you need dual case or is it just one of those itches you want to scratch? So maybe a winch?

@algranger and BigBluePile- thanks.

@Junkers88- seems like the consenus is for lockers, sliders, winch then lift (but since the sliders would affect the lift and vice-versa ... ?) and afterwards worry about the top which I am now thinking a bikini top would be a-okay.

Not sure how Crash is. He's a P4x4 cronie that even though he may have some "skilz" lacks tact, understanding and grammar.

YT census says....

Front locker first, then sliders, then winch, then lift, then top and hold off on the duals..... and yes the dual cases is just an itch I feel the need to scratch.

Ok I'll be making my orders in the next two weeks and might just have to do a write up.

Thanks cats.

Welcome back Abe, we thought Sin had you locked in a closet somewhere.

Good looking truck, but I would loose the chrome trim and handles. Just a personal opinion. Must be nice to have money to spend on a runner. My girlfriend keeps getting mad at me every time I "waste" money on mine. We'll see this summer when we are cruising down the beach. I like the write up idea, since I have never done any of these things you are planning. If no write up, atleast a bunch of pictures. Have fun.

I am planning on pulling the rest of the chrome and doing a little bed liner stuff from the body line down and I'll be painting the door handles at some point. I like the way the painted grill turned out so the rest of the rig is gettting the "chrome don't get you home" treatment.

I bought a set of black door handles on ebay for $5. Decent quality, working good so far.
