1994 3vze .050 over bore, New valves, valves job, new valve springs, new valve seals, new connecting rods, all new bearings throughout the motor. I rebuilt it using the main bearing and CR bearings from www.engnbldr.com in their kit. 1500 miles later the bearings died. Proper break in was still in effect. I replaced them with Federals and got the truck back up and running. Has about 200 miles on the new bearings. Then the truck started blowing smoke; Had a bent valve. Replaced the valves. My dad said he may have also ripped a seal when he changed one of the valves, so it still smokes. Anyway, I can hear a knocking noise which sounds similar to the one the intake box sometimes makes. It almost sounds like it is coming from behind the cam gear cover. ALSO on cold start up it has about 80-100PSI of oil reading off the oil pump, which I believe is way too high... Thanks in advance
