throttle position sensor Problems

Thought my 90 runner needed a TPS but after the one I borrowed to test had a different plug I had to put mine back on. Now does anybody have any idea how to adjust it properly it runs better now that I've put it back on it runs good but starts hard you have to almost wind it up and before you used to start right up but felt very sluggish but knowing the 3.0 isn't a power house anyway, but it felt like it would have a bad hesitation then after you got near the floor it would come to life like it should. Prety sure that was the problem it was throwing out a fuel lean and fuel rich code since I reinstalled no codes just starts hard. Any info would be greatly appreciated.

Thanx for the link I believe that fixed my problem starts easy and doesn't feel sluggish like it did. Now just like fixing exhaust leak and I'll be in good shape.
