Throttle bogging

I’ve had a problem for the past month with my vehicle, started as a weird throttle response and moved to a stall/stumble. After changing out most basic stuff, fuel filter, air filter, fuses, VAFM, o2 sensors, injectors, distributor cap, spark plugs and wires, throttle body and TPs sensor and adjusted it properly and finally checked for compression. All the fixes have lead to being able to idle not perfect but it runs now and I can get the rpms up when I crack the throttle but when I simulate anything more than cracking, it bogs down and will die if the throttle level is held when released it will take a few revolutions but eventually bring its self back to idle. Last night I unplugged the cold start injector and it didn’t immediately die when I opened the throttle. it would rev up at idle and then I would hear an electrical sound which would lead to the idle to descend back down. I think it may be some thing weird going on with the fuel system and its mixture. Any help would be greatly appreciated, thank you
