Throttle Body replacement

Can you use a 22RE throttle body on a 22rte? Thanks.

Good question I will have to look at them side by side.

It might be that the turbo one has a bigger bore.

Yeah im curious. I want to replace mine with a TPS already set on it.

Any change in throttle body would almost warrant a re calibration of the tps.

Dont fear the tps calibration...embrace it. Conquer it. Own it.

Oh I read the tps adjustment page, and I fear it. MY truck is bouncing from 1000 up to 2000 andback down. When I unplug the tps it flies up to 3000 rpm and sits.

get a multimeter and take the throttle body off the truck and do it.....I was leary the first time as well...but 4crawlers write up is the key.

You can do it man.
