Throttle body

I had heard that the throttle body off a early 90's 22re is bigger than the one that came on my 86. Is this correct?

No it is not bigger, the intake is not angled down though.

Spacers wont do anything for power but LCE sells them.
For a bigger TB
http://www.lceperformance.com/default.asp
http://maxbore.com/
but I dont think you will see a whole lot of gains if any from them either.
