i dont do a lot of water crossing, but i want to be able to, should the situation arise.

Don't forget to dielectric grease all your connections too. Duct tape the dipstick too.

I didn't come off like I was bashing him, did I? I didn't mean to... Just going along with his "dream phase". I think it'd be really cool to have a sub4Runner.

Anyway, I was seriously trying to figure out how to waterproof my truck, and found out they float pretty good without sealing anything up. I just wouldn't want to loose traction in the middle of some deep water. I think it would flip over. Then you have a little more to worry about than just some water in your carpet.
