I tried that but my purse is way to big to be able to hit the thermostat housing
These bolts are known for breaking you can try soaking with your favorite
I would have a M8x1.25 thread replacement kit of your choice on hand along with new bolts.

3 studs, 3 nuts. Which is good. Because you've got twice the chances of breaking them free. If the nuts won't budge, maybe the studs will(nut still attached)...eventually.
Penetrant soak + 6 point 12mm impact socket + breaker bar = your best chance of success.
As long as yours doesn't have the plastic t-stat housing, applying the heat wrench(torch) would be the last resort.
